Ordering is pretty straightforward.

Remember that even if you choose Debit/Credit Card at the start, you will still end up on a PayPal page.

Just proceed and PayPal will work for me and help you pay through PayPal, even though you have no PayPal account.
The sum will be billed to your credit card.

There can be problems, however, when you go to checkout and pay.
There is a chance, that as I am based in Japan, you will be taken to a Japanese PayPal page.
