For burning I use Nero 8 plus the Blu-Ray/HD-DVD Plug-in.
While experimenting with authoring and burning I chose to use BD-RE discs - so that I could re-use them when necessary.

In Nero Express choose "Image, Project, Copy".
Then click on "Disc Image or Saved Project"

Navigate to your xxxx.iso file and select it.

I use a Panasonic LF-PB271 (internal SATA) Blu-Ray burner .
It's speed is 4x.
There are plenty other burners to choose from and at the time of writng this tutorial LG has a 6x burner on the market.

However I have found that not only is the price of 4x media much higher than 2x - it is also very difficult to find at present.
6x media is next to non-existant as I write this.
These things will change over the next weeks and months.....
