Excellent co-operation with some helpful enthusiasts!

Throughout the period of testing and trial-uploads, I had some excellent help from some volunteer "beta-testers".
They were - Lew Schatzer, Joe Figura, Scott Myers, Ian Couser, Jack Reid and Andy Browne.
My thanks to you all, gentlemen!

What we were all looking for was a large frame sized picture with high quality resolution that would downoad at a "reasonable" speed on a fast internet connection.

The final choice of format was Macromedia Flash.

The workflow begins with shooting in HDV 1080i.

Before getting into the encoding process let me give everyone a tip on shooting - TRIPOD!
No matter how difficult it is try and use a tripod for all your shooting. You will never be able to use it for every shot, but I am certain you can use one more than you are doing today. No amount of image stabilisation or de-shaker software can compete with the footage obtained by using a good quality tripod!
